Regina Mathew received her M.S.in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas, and has an API Certificate in Christian Counseling (Agape Ministries). She is a Prepare & Enrich Facilitator, trained in Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Rational Emotive, Solution Focused-brief Therapies. She's currently practicing telehealth.

Specialties include: Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Stress, Grief, Relationships, Shame, Addiction, Christian based Counseling. She is passionate about equipping individuals to live freely in their God-given purpose while coping with life's stressors and challenges.

Regina has been a member of Metro since 1998 and Sunday school teacher for elementary, middle and high school classes for several of those years.
