Through the Holy Spirit, we can truly pray. The Spirit comes alongside us to help us intercede, groan, and lament. Without the Holy Spirit, we cannot pray in the way that Jesus taught us. Prayer is a trinitarian discipline! Even if you are suffering, don't give up. Even when you don't have the answers, keep praying.
