The third statement that Jesus made from the cross is “Woman, behold your son!” (John 19:25-27). Jesus shows us how to respect and honor the relationships in our own lives. Jesus teaches us to assume responsibilities/obligations in our relationships. Jesus inspires us to cherish the relationships God has given us.
