The sixth and seventh statement that Jesus made from the cross is “It is finished” (John 19:30) and "Into Yours hands I commit my Spirit" (Luke 23:44-49). These phrases help humanity see that what God made possible through His Son. It always seems impossible until it is finished. Praise God that the work is finished, our debt is paid in full, and death is defeated.
